  • What is the difference between Perfumes and Colognes?

    Perfumes is the term used for all fragrances used by Women and include Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette while Colognes are the fragrances used by mostly by Men which may also include both Eau de Parfum and Eau de Toilette depending on the fragrance and the Designer Brand.

  • Do Women use sometimes Men’s Colognes?

    Women sometimes do also like Men’s fragrances and like to use them from time to time due to the quality and wonderful smell they also offer.

    There are also some fragrances available that have been designated as unisex by the fragrance designers and there are also plenty of fragrances for Women which are wonderful for everyday use or occasions on our site.

  • Eau de Toilette vs Eau de Parfum. What is the difference?

    The difference between Eau de Toilette vs Eau de Parfum is simply the amount of concentration of oils in the fragrance.

    Eau de Parfum has a higher concentration than Eau de Toilette, making it a stronger fragrance.

    There is also pure perfume, which has the highest concentration, and Eau de Cologne which has the lowest concentration of oils among all of them.

  • Why do some Men wear Cologne and others prefer to wear After Shave?

    Colognes are very famous among most Men because they are mostly available on any Designer Men’s fragrances while After Shave only do exist on some fragrance references.

    Colognes are also a fantastic way to wear the fragrance they love the most.

    After Shave Lotion will usually sting as well as help close the pores after shaving. After Shave Balm is soothing to the skin. After Shave Gel also soothes the skin but cools the skin as well and relieves razor burn.

  • What do fragrance notes refer to?

    Fragrances are comprised of different oils and scents and these scents are often called notes.

    The top notes are very light and last just a few minutes (usually 5-10 minutes).

    Middle notes become apparent in about 15 minutes after application. These can last up to an hour or more.

    Bottom notes are the heavier ingredients. These last the longest, usually for several hours.

  • What fragrances sizes do you sell?

    There are lots of sizes available on the website depending on the fragrances you are looking for.

    Some fragrances are available in many sizes while others are available in just a few. Most of the time, fragrances are available in standard sizes such as 1.7 oz, 3.4 oz and/or 6.7 oz.

    Some fragrances are also available in other sizing depending on the fragrance and the brand designers themselves.

  • How can I keep my fragrance from going bad?

    To better keep your fragrances, it is always better to store them in a cool and dry area, away from windows as sunlight can unbalance the various ingredients.

    An open bottle should be kept in its box to ensure a longer shelf life.

  • My fragrance has been discontinued; how do you still have it in stock?

    We stock thousands of fragrances, and it is possible that a few of them could have been discontinued in your previous fragrance retailer because they did not have a large inventory as we do.

    However, in order to guarantee perfect quality of our fragrances, any item available here at Abfra.com is stocked in our Temperature and Humidity-controlled Warehouse located in Las Vegas, NV, so you can be sure that any fragrances and/or cosmetics you will find here will be always delivered in their original and perfect condition and quality.

  • How can I send a Message with my Gift?

    To add a message with your Gift, simply type in your message in the Gift Note fied located on your checkout page directly.

    Your message will be automatically printed and added on your recipient's package along with their item(s).

  • Which Form of Payments can I use to place my order?

    We currently accept Visa, Mastercard credit and debit cards, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club credit cards as well as Affirm and After pay should you decide to split your order in few installments through our partner payment provider Shopify Payments.

     

    During checkout, you will be able to provide your credit or debit card details information on the appropriate page.

     

    Currently, Abfra.com does not accept any ACH Transfer and/or personal checks and we cannot split payments onto separate cards or pay methods.

  • What is Afterpay?

    Afterpay is a payment service that allows you to split your purchase into four equal, interest-free installments, which are paid every two weeks.

    When you choose Afterpay at checkout, you’ll make the first payment at the time of purchase, and the remaining three payments will be automatically deducted from your chosen payment method every two weeks.

    To use Afterpay, you simply need to:

    1. Select Afterpay as your payment option during checkout.

    2. Provide your payment information (Afterpay will review and approve based on their criteria).

    3. Pay the first installment upfront, and the remaining payments will be automatically charged to your card every two weeks.

  • Can I pay with Klarna?

    Unfortunately, we do not accept Klarna at this time.

    However, we do accept Afterpay and Shop Pay, both of which allow you to pay in 4 interest-free installments. You can choose either of these options at checkout for a flexible payment plan.

  • Are you accepting payment in 4 installments?

    Yes! We do accept payments in 4 installments through Shop Pay and AfterPay.

  • Can I use PayPal to Pay for My Order?

    Unfortunately, Abfra.com currently does not accept payments through PayPal.

     

    Even if PayPal is an alternate method of payment for purchasing your order, Abfra.com chose not to use the method of payment at this time.

     

    Please check above for all other forms of payments currently accepted by Abfra.com. We accepts lots of forms of payments and you will certainly find the one that is the most convenient and appropriate for your order.

  • My Payment is Declined, why?

    There are numerous reasons why a credit or debit card can be declined.

     

    Unfortunately, Abfra.com do mostly never know why a payment has been declined by our payment provider and/or your financial institution. 

     

    Please note that your billing address must exactly match your financial institution statement for the payment to be approved by the financial institution. If any numbers are different, orders will not be processed. Please also be sure to correctly spell address and city name exactly as it appears on your card’s statement and avoid any abbreviations unless that is how it appears on your card’s information.

     

    Please contact your debit or credit card issuer if you need the exact billing address associated with your debit or credit card or to know the reason for the declined payment. Once the banker has confirmed your ability to retry the payment, just come back to your checkout page and try making your payment a second time which should be approved. 

     

    Note: if your previous payment has been declined, do not be worried as it will never be posted to your bank or credit card account.

     

    If you used a debit card at the time of the declined payment and the transaction still shows in your account under pending, that transaction will be removed from your debit card issuer within 1 to 7 business days depending on your credit card financial institution. Please contact your credit card company directly to learn more.

     

    Also, for your security, please be advised that you may also be asked to provide your 3 or 4-digit card information number provided on the back of your debit or credit card (CID, CVN, CVV, CVC). Certain American Express credit card will provide that number on the right-hand front of your card.   • How Will My Order Show Up on My Credit Card Statement?

    Depending on your credit card company, your payment will automatically show up as Abfra.com and may also display Shop Pay, Shopify Pay which is the platform Abfra.com relays on to process their credit card transactions.

    State laws require that we currently collect applicable sales taxes on all orders shipped to addresses in the State of Nevada.

    Currently, all orders made outside of the State of Nevada will not be charged any local taxes.

    A Shipping and Handling Charge of $9.95 applies automatically to all Continental U.S. orders under $59.00 (after discounts have been applied and excluding taxes with extra shipping charges for AK, HI).

    Your order is shipped with Fast U.S. Standard Shipping from our warehouse located in Las Vegas, NV on the next business day and expected to reach your destination within 3-7 business days.

  • Does Abfra.com ship during holidays or weekends?

    No, Abfra.com does not ship on holidays or weekends.

    If you place an order during a holiday or weekend, it will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

  • How long is your shipping and delivery process?

  • Do You Accept International Orders?

    Currently, Abfra.com does not accept any international orders.

  • Can I use a P.O. Box for my order?

    Yes, of course! You can use a P.O. Box as your delivery address upon checkout for your order.

    However, orders made through P.O. Boxes destinations are automatically made through our U.S. Standard Shipping Business 5-7 days.

    If your order contains restricted items, you must choose USPS Ground and may experience longer than usual standard transit times. Also, please also be informed that orders through PO Boxes may not be delivered on weekends.

  • How do I know that my perfume will be delivered intact after a long transit to my destination?

    At Abfra.com, we take great care to ensure your perfume arrives safely.

    We use high-solid recycled paper inside the packaging to protect your items during transit, ensuring they are perfectly cushioned and secure. Our packaging is designed to absorb any impact, preventing damage during delivery.

    While damage during transit is extremely rare, if your perfume does arrive damaged, please contact our customer service team right away, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

  • How do I check my Order Status?

    To check the status of your order, simply log in into your Abfra.com Account and click on “Orders History” to display your orders and check its current status.

    Abfra.com usually ship your order on the next business day after placing your order and it is expected to reach your destination within 3-7 business days.

    Once your order ships, Abfra.com will send you an automatic shipping confirmation via e-mail to the email address provided during checkout with the tracking number so you will be able to follow your shipment until it reaches your destination.

  • I didn't receive a Tracking Number yet. How can I request one to follow my order?

    A tracking number is automatically sent to your email address once your order has shipped.

  • I have entered a wrong address to my order and the item was sent back. What can I do?

    If your order sent back to our warehouse because of an error of delivery address provided upon ordering, simply contact our Customer Service Department at customerservice@abfra.com to provide us with the correct address for your shipment.

    Our warehouse will update the address with your indications and ship back your order again to your correct address. 

  • I received a wrong item. What do I have to do?

  • What do I have to do if package was shown as delivered but I didn't receive it?

    If your package is displayed on the carrier's website's tracking as delivered, and, you didn't receive ity yet, we do recommend yoiu to contact, first, the carrier directly in order to receive an update on the delivery.

    Experience with deliveries shows that some carriers, sometimes, place packages as delivered before they have have been delivered to you as their delivery is still ongoing.

    If, however, after another 24 to 48 hours after that delivery, you still have not received your order contrary to what is stated, please contact our Customer Service Department at customerservice@abfra.com and we will start an investigation with the carrier in order to resolve the issue.

  • My package has been lost/stolen. What do I have to do?

    At Abfra.com, we know how this can be very frustrating and would like to help you on the best way possible.

    In order to prevent this to arise, please note that all packages are automatically shipped with tracking. As of November 14, 2024, we also require a signature upon delivery for all orders to ensure the safe receipt of your package.

    If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps to start an investigation with the carrier:

    1. Check Tracking Information: Verify the delivery status and any additional delivery details via the tracking number provided.

    2. Contact the Carrier: Reach out to the carrier directly using their customer service or claims process. They may be able to provide additional information or initiate an investigation.

    3. Check with Neighbors or Household Members: Sometimes packages may be left with neighbors or family members, so please confirm if anyone else received the package on your behalf.

    4. File a Claim: If the carrier confirms the package is lost or stolen, file a claim with them for further assistance.

    Since Abfra.com will not be held liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after the delivery has been confirmed, we do highly recommend to add the Norton Shopping Guarantee for a little extra cost upon checkout of your order.

  • Air Shipping USDOT Restrictions

    In compliance with USDOT Rules and Regulations, please be advised that restricted items always require U.S. Standard Ground-only Shipping and Delivery.

    These restrictions include everything in your order which includes perfumes, colognes, all aerosol-type products and pressurized spray cans and items such as hairspray and/or shaving creams.

Returns, Exchanges, Store Credits and Refunds

  • I got a text message or an email that my order was canceled. How long will it take for a refund?

    We are truly sorry that we had to cancel your order. Most of the time, this happens because one of the items in your order became unavailable at the last minute.

    Situations like these are very rare because 100% of all perfumes, fragrances and cosmetics sold on the website are in permanent stock in our national fulfillment center. But, in very rare occasions, when this is happening, we will keep you informed immediately.

    Please rest assured, your refund has already been immediately processed and should appear in your account shortly.

    The time it takes for the refund to be displayed depends on your bank, but it typically takes 3-5 business days.

  • What is your Policy with Returns?

    Abfra.com accepts return of any unopened merchandise in its original condition, including original sealed packaging within 30 days of invoice date and you will receive a full store credit, a refund, less return shipping, and gift-wrapping charges.

    You will also be able to request any exchange of your item, if needed.

    However, Abfra.com also offers you store credit for your return item, store credit that will be automatically applied to your account once your returned item has been received and validated, so you will be able to purchase your new items accordingly and immediately there after.

    Also, please note that due to health reasons, we do not offer refunds on cosmetics and skincare items. Please make your selections carefully.

    In order to return your item, please contact us upfront via e-mail at customerservice@abfra.com to validate your return. All online orders must be shipped back directly to our warehouse through the return address provided. A return label will be provided to you accordingly so you will be able to drop your return item in its original packaging through your nearest USPS Post Office.

    You should expect to receive your store credit immediately after we have received and validated your returned item. If you requested a refund, it will be automatically provided within 3-4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly as soon as your item has been received and validated by our warehouse team members. You will be notified via e-mail when your refund has been processed.

    Please allow few extra days until refund post directly to your credit card or bank statement depending on your credit/debit card financial institution. For more information on our Refunds and Return Policies, please visit our Returns/Refunds Page.

  • Can I return an item as it's not what I was expected?

    Of course. At Abfra.com, we strive to to satisfy our customers whatever happens.

    In case you wish to return an item that was not what you were expecting upon ordering, and considering it was, of course, totally unopened and remaining in its original packaging, please contact our Customer Service Department at customerservice@abfra.com.

    Our associates will send you a return label so you will be able to return your unopened item back to our warehouse accordingly.

    Upon receiving of your returned item, and after verification and validation, you will be then provided with a Store Credit for your item excluding return shipping and gift wrapping charges, when applicable.

    You will be able to use your Store Credit right away or, at your convenience on our website to purchase your favorite fragrances, perfumes and/or cosmetics and it will be applied upon checkout to your next order if you wish.

  • Can I return skincare and/or cosmetics products?

    At Abfra.com, we strive to guarantee that all skincare and cosmetics sold on our website are of the highest quality, ensuring our customers receive only the best products.

    For health, hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on skincare and cosmetics products.

    These items have also strict storage, handling, and transportation requirements to ensure they remain in perfect, original condition, that is why we cannot accept return of such fragile products.

  • What happens if I return an opened perfume, even though you don’t accept them?

    At Abfra.com, we take pride in offering high-quality perfumes, fragrances, and cosmetics.

    As stated in our return and exchange policy, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for opened or used perfumes, as they cannot be resold for safety and hygiene reasons.

    Every return we receive is carefully inspected to ensure the product is in its perfect original condition and can be resold. We also verify that the returned product is exactly the same one that was shipped to the customer. We will not accept any product that has been replaced with a counterfeit or non-authentic item.

    Please ensure the products is in its original, unopened condition when returning.

  • What happens if I indicate that my returned perfume is unopened, but I’ve actually opened it to try how it smells?

    At Abfra.com, we carefully inspect all returns to ensure they are in their original, unopened condition to permanently guarantee a perfect and high quality of the perfumes, fragrances and cosmetics sold on our website.

    If a customer indicates that the perfume is unopened but it has been opened or used to try the scent, we will not be able to process a refund or exchange.

    For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept opened products, even if they are returned with a claim that they are unopened. We encourage customers to carefully consider their purchase before opening the product to ensure they are satisfied with their selection.

  • I returned a perfume that was opened. What will happen next?

    As per our return and exchange policy, we are unable to process a refund or exchange for opened perfumes, as they cannot be resold for safety and hygiene reasons.

    If you have returned an opened perfume, you will have the option to request that the product be shipped back to you. Please note, a handling and processing fee of $25.00 will be charged to cover the cost of returning the product.

    If you choose not to have the product returned, Abfra.com will proceed with recycling the perfume in accordance with our environmental guidelines.

  • What is a Store Credit?

    A Store Credit is an amount of cash that Abfra.com has posted to your Abfra Account Balance after you have returned some merchandise or, in exchange of a cancelled order (full or partial).

    Store credit can be used for future purchases on Abfra.com at anytime and at your convenience.

    Its amount can then be applied to your next purchase, making it easy to shop again without having to spend cash right away again. Store credit with Abfra.com has no expiration date, except otherwise specified.

  • How can I use my Store Credit?

    To use your Store Credit, simply add your favorite fragrances and perfumes into your shopping cart and apply it directly from your checkout page. 

    It will be automatically applied to your cart upon checkout and you will be able to use the form of payment that is the most convenient for you for the remaining balance of your order.

  • Do Store Credits have expiration date? Do I have any Deadline in order to use it?

    All issued store credits provided by Abfra.com have no expiration date, except otherwise specifed on specific credits applied.

    If a particular store credit appear to have any expiration date, it will be automatically indicated upfront so you won't have to be worried on when to use it when it is posted to your Abfra Account Balance.

     

  • Are Store Credits transferrable to anyone else?

    Unfortunately, Store Credits are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged (wholly or partly) for cash.

    However, Store credits can, in addition to purchase perfumes, fragrances and/or cosmetics on our website, be used to purchase Abfra.com Gift Cards at anytime. There are several Abfra.com Gift Cards available on our website with different denominations to gift someone you love, a friend, a person yoiu wish to thank or one of your coworkers, for example.

  • I deleted my Abfra.com Account, with a Store Credit on it. How can I retrieve it now?

    If you deleted your Abfra Account already, do not be worried about the Store Credit that was available for you to use before it has been closed.

    We will invite you to open a New Abfra Account. Once it has been done, please contact our Customer Service Department at customerservice@abfra.com to let us know, and we’ll transfer your previous store credit to your new account.

    You’ll be then able to use it immediately or whenever it suits you knowing that there is no expiration date for you to use iot for your next purchase. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out!

  • Can I have a refund instead of a Store Credit?

    If, instead of a Store Credit, you desire to receive a full refund for any returned merchandise you have made, please let us know and we will process for the appropriate refund at your convenience.

    Please note that Store Credits provided at Abfra.com discretion for any particular reason other than Store Credits provided for returned merchandise are not available for cash out.
